– Robust, Temperature-Resistant, Durable
In industrial high-temperature processes – whether in furnaces, reactors, or thermal treatment plants – refractory linings must withstand extreme stress. One often underestimated key component: anchoring systems that securely hold the refractory materials in place.
anchoring systems that securely hold the refractory materials in place.

Anchors made from heat-resistant cast alloys (e.g. 1.4837, 1.4823 or comparable grades) have proven particularly effective. Compared to sheet-metal or wire solutions, they offer numerous advantages:
Excellent temperature resistance
High mechanical strength, even under thermal cycling
Corrosion resistance against chemical attack in aggressive atmospheres
Design flexibility through casting – ideal for complex geometries and custom solutions
Whether bolts, hooks, Y-anchors, V-wave anchors, claws, fins, or special constructions: casting enables shapes that would be difficult or costly to produce from sheet metal – a clear advantage for demanding thermal applications.
Our experience shows: the right choice of anchor has a decisive impact on the service life and operational safety of refractory linings.
