We, WCF, offer a solution for this: We develop, design and supply ready-to-install wear castings made of heat-resistant grey cast iron, high-heat-resistant stainless steel castings and wear-resistant heat-treatable steel.
The use of special materials results in longer service lives. Our grate bars and internals are used in roller, feed, travelling or even horizontal grates. The development and manufacture of air- or water-cooled grate bars is also part of our daily business. Our service includes, among other things, the trial assembly of individual rows of gratings to check dimensional accuracy and quality. We can also offer customised solutions for the infeed and outfeed areas of rotary kilns and in the area of grinding and crushing tools.
